A tour to the herbs and wild greens, the trees and the animals of the farm. Picking up of fruit from the trees and vegetable from the garden. grubbing, planting and ecological protection of the plants lessons. You plant your own herbs or vegetables! Relaxation and vegghera night at the courtyard or at the house next to the fireplace with fresh delights and raki.
Become a cook
Cooking lessons for traditional foods of Crete with materials collected from the farm. We bake meat, vegetables, snails, fournisto [baked meat] or ofto [roast meat] or/and antirkisto [roasted meat around the fire]! You can choose recipes for pies or/and for making pasta, jam or sweet preserves.
Become a baker
Learn how to make the traditional Cretan bread with wheat and barley flour. We light up the wooden stove and we bake in the traditional way. We eat our bread along with fine olive oil, seasonal salads, fruit and numerous delights.
